Located on historic Route 66, The Eatery on Route 66 is a Shaniece’s dream come true cafe and bakery that specializes in light lunch fare like elevated sandwiches, fresh salads, homemade soups and deep dish quiche; and fantastic bakery munchies like French macarons, cookies, pies and cakes all baked from scratch. Everything is made small batch, in house with a little Texas sass. Like mom made it.
