The Eureka Station is a Cornish Tavern operating on Notorious Blair Street in Silverton, Colorado. Our talented team brings a lot of enthusiasm and excitement to offer delicious and new fresh food to the Silverton Community and guests.
One of our popular dishes is the Cornish Pasty (pronounced pass-tee). The Cornish Pasty was popularized in the United States by Cornish immigrants who came over in the mid 1800’s to work in mining communities like Silverton.
While the pasty is a staple, we are excited to have a rotating menu that features seasonal food and unique cuisine choices. Please join us of an evening for a wonderful small-town gastro experience in our little valley tucked high up in the San Juan Mountains.
