The Kitchen Consigliere is a BYOB located in downtown Collingswood NJ. Its features Italian comfort food. Angelo Lutz born and raised in South Philadelphia recreates the simple dishes that as a child his mother and grandmother brought to the table many an night and Sunday afternoons as a family tradition. He hope you enjoy them as much as he did during his youth. As a child and during his teenage years Angelo had a passion for cooking He started as a caterer working with Frank D’Aquilante of Swan Caterers eventually starting his own business and then eventually cooking for the local GUYS which eventually landed him some time in College upon graduation he started the The Kitchen Consigliere, well Google him for the rest of the story, LOL
