We make all of our food in our unique, custom- built 1000 degree anthracite coal oven that draws out intense flavor quickly, all while leaving the toppings al dente and imparting a subtle, smoky flavor to our crust. We never use freezers, fryers or microwave ovens; all meals are prepared using only the FRESHEST ingredients.
