Briar Room Our Briar Room can comfortably seat up to 80 people. Individual tables can accommodate 4-6-8 people. You are welcome to decorate the room or bring in your own flowers or centerpieces. The flowers provided by the restaurant should not be removed unless arranged in advance. A deposit of $100 is required to confirm a reservation. The room deposit must be received within one week from the initial booking or the space may be reserved for another patron. If you need to cancel your reservation, this deposit will be refunded if the cancellation occurs at least 30 days in advance; otherwise the deposit is deducted from your guest check.
