Vietnoms Café’s mission is to bring flavorful, authentic Vietnamese cuisine to the picturesque town of Guilford, the shoreline, and its neighboring towns. Located off the Guilford Green, our menu accentuates the flavors, spices, and dishes unique to Vietnamese dining. The menu focuses on three cornerstones of Vietnamese cuisine: Phở (noodle soup), Cơm Tấm (rice), and Bún (rice noodle).
