We are a Chinese restaurant 燕子螺蛳粉 (Yanzi Luosifen). Our specialty is Luosifen, which is a mildly spicy Chinese noodle dish, with a wide variety of toppings of your choice such as pork, beef, duck, veggies, etc. We also make fried rice and pho (fried/soup noodles). Ask us about our catering options!
What is Luosifen? Luosifen (Snail rice noodle) is a Chinese noodle dish and a speciality of the city of Liuzhou, in Guangxi, southern China.
The dish consists of rice noodles boiled and served in a soup made from a stock made from river snails and bones which are stewed for hours.The soup does not usually contain any snail meat. We also have Taiwanese snacks, such as popcorn chicken,Stinky tofu,salty crispy calamari.
