Yooshi focuses on what we know best. Sushi. We mind our own business and do not get into the hair of other caterers. In fact, we work with other catering companies. That’s where most of our revenue is generated from. Client and Caterer alike love working with us.
Only the freshest fish are used in the sushi at our events, and we’re always looking for different distributors for the very best ingredients we can find in order to deliver the most authentic taste possible.
We are certified Glatt kosher.
Chefs arrive to the event. While guests enjoy an authentic sushi experience the are can interact with the chefs and request Custom rolls. We provide the material needed for our presentation.
