You Don’t Know JAK BBQ is a Killeen, Texas based, LLC business structure owned by John Austin Krukoski. A 22-year veteran of the United States Army, JAK has developed and mastered his BBQ pit skills in his back yard and is moving forward with plans of establishing his own BBQ Company. A lifelong goal and passion of his, JAK takes great pride in mastering the craft of a grill master who has competed in local BBQ cook off’s and BBQ competitions. JAK BBQ menu reflects his simple, yet authentic take on BBQ.
