We have traveled the nation to many of the top barbecue joints in the country. Texas, KC, The Carolina’s to learn and sample great smoked food and meet great BBQ people. Now we’re serving Minnesota locally sourced prime smoked meats, handcrafted sausages, and house made sides. ZZQ was founded by Zak Z in 2007 and it’s reputation for savory USDA Prime Brisket, 14 hour Oak Smoked Pulled Pork, Chopped Chicken and Dry Rubbed Pork Spare Ribs continues to grow. We love local and have a great craft beer list that pairs well with the Q.
