Fried chicken, upscale pub grub & cocktails are showcased in a vibrant, modern setting with music.

It was back in 2015 that the founders Coco Coig and Jorge Sanchez started this adventure and dream creating this restaurant with the style of the food, the flavors, and the sophisticated, yet inviting atmosphere.
After a year of traveling to restaurants around the world, searching high and low to produce the best burger, making sure that every sauce and every pickle was made from scratch, the founders discovered the concept in Amsterdam; Rotisserie Amsterdam, the Dutch hotspot known for its delectable rotisserie chicken and burgers.
Coco Coig and Jorge Sanchez took a leap of faith and moved to Miami to pursue their dreams. It was finally in 2017 that founders came across their dream location and founded Le Chick, in the heart of Wynwood
