At age 57, Alfredo had a vision and lived semi-retired in San Felipe, Baja California with his lovely wife Aurea, where they spend their time running a 48 room hotel Las Palmas in the Sea of Cortez. Today, at Alfredos, you can view the gallery of pictures of many celebrities that he hosted in Mexico City, try fine food, wild caught fish,steak, seafood and home-made pasta, dressings, bread.
