Armadillo Willy’s Real Texas BBQ’s signature Prime Brisket is smoked 18-hours with oak wood, as are two kinds of ribs – baby backs and St. Louis cut pork ribs, tri-tip, pulled pork, fresh chicken, turkey and our Texas jalapeño-cheese sausage. Burgers are flame-grilled and we offer a variety of tasty combinations our smoked meats as sandwiches. BBQ platters come with a choice of 15 different sides like white cheddar & bacon mac and cheese, fresh baked corn muffins, whitecorn salad, caesar salad, garlic-parmesan fries, sweet potato fries and more!
