Guacamole Made tableside to your liking. For two or four people.
Ensalada De Guacamole Served with Jicama, pickled vegetables over lettuce.
Chile Con Queso Medium or large size. Add taco meat.
Coctel De Camaron Mexican style shrimp cocktail in a traditional tomato and avocado salsa with a splash of orange juice, served with crackers.

Taco Salad Ground beef, refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, onions, tomatoes and lettuce in a flour tortilla shell, with your choice of dressing. Substitute chicken.
Chicken Cantina Salad Romaine and spring mix lettuce tossed with lime-honey dressing and topped with mango, strawberries, grapes, toasted pepitas and tortilla strips.
