Family Meal
Grilled Filet Mignon*
Demi glace to reheat and serve at this temperature, we recommend placing the filet mignon on a sheet tray with a wire rack and placing in oven for approximately 8-10 minutes, or until warm throughout. If reheating is needed for the demi glace, place in a pot on the stove on medium low heat until it simmers, once simmering serve with filet.
Thyme-Roasted Forest Mushrooms
If reheating is needed, place mushrooms on a sheet tray in the oven for 6-8 minutes until warmed through.
Canlis Twice Baked Potatoes
Sour cream, scallion, bacon, romano if reheating is needed, place uncovered pan in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Grilled Whole Asparagus
To reheat, we recommend placing the uncovered pan in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until heated through.
Canlis Salad
Romaine, mint, oregano, tomato, scallion, romano cheese, bacon, crouton, dressing to finish the canlis salad, add croutons and toss with dressing, salt and black pepper to taste. (We typically use more than you think.)

Dark Chocolate Fondant
Whipped cream to warm, turn down your oven to 325f. Place fondants on a baking tray and heat for 5 minutes in the oven. Remove from oven and carefully flip over the aluminum foil tin cup to dislodge the cake. Serve on a plate with the whipped cream provided.
