Capital City Crawfish opened in 2014. We started with a dream and a decidedly modest menu consisting of boudin, boudin balls, meat pies, and po’ boys. We grew quickly, and nowadays run a fully-equipped kitchen.
Capital City’s one-of-a-kind Cajun and creole-style recipes have been passed down across three generations of family. Our owner and founder, Will Boutte, has watched his parents and grandparents cook, and helped stir a pot since he could hold a ladle. We believe in family, community, fine Cajun eats, and southern hospitality. We treat anyone who walks through our doors like they’re part of the Boutte clan. And we’re proud to share our culinary traditions with your family.
