Edge Brewing Company was born from a community of beer enthusiasts who opened their doors in March 2014 looking to explore great beers across a multitude of styles brewed right. The main drive of Edge Brewery and Restaurant is passion; passion for fantastic beer, passion for wonderful, locally sourced ingredients and passion for amazing, diverse food. Edge’s menu is based on putting twists on classic pub fare utilizing the many unique and delicious ingredients found in Idaho and the Pacific Northwest. With delicious food made from fresh local produce, meats, cheeses and award winning Edge beers, many around Boise recognize Edge as the best gastropub in the Treasure Valley.
