Just like our full slab, these 1/2 slab spareribs are marinated for 3 days and slow smoked on the grill! The ribs are caramelized with Ernie’s family recipe of Sweet and slightly spicy sauce.		 $13.00
Baked Beans (serves 8 to 10 ppl)
This delicious dish is roasted overnight, with or without bacon.		 $12.00
