eShin Noodle Bar aims to set the standard on North Shore Long Island for your ramen experience. We offer three distinct ramen broths (made from slowly simmered chicken, pork, or beef stock) along with a wonderful vegetarian ramen option, prepared “dry” without soup.

“eShin” equates phonetically to “one heart” or “whole heart”. Each ingredient of each recipe is carefully considered for consistent freshness. Each day requires attention to detail and “wholehearted” effort and caring, for which there is no substitute.
