Located in Denver’s Dairy Block, For[a]ged is a Sushi bar, hot kitchen and lounge/bar featuring the culinary talents of Executive Chef Duy Pham. Our menu showcases globally sourced ingredients focused on sushi, traditional Japanese sharing plates in modern lounge vibe. Elevated private Omakase chef tastings are also available at our sushi chef kitchen.
