In 2004, after spending more than 20 years at fine establishments such as the Van Dyke Place Restaurant, the Whitney Restaurant, and Mac & Ray’s, Chef Jeff Baldwin opened up his own restaurant and catering company, J.Baldwin’s, featuring his award winning stone fired pizza.His goal was to be able to recreate a gourmet dining experience that fits with today’s busy lifestyles. The way we see it, you should be able to enjoy the taste of gourmet – at your convenience, not just on special occasions when time permits. J.Baldwin’s Restaurant is the result of that dream.
