Beers
Blonde Ale
One of the most approachable styles, our golden blonde ale is an easy-drinking beer that is visually appealing and has no particularly dominating malt or hop characteristics. Rounded and smooth, it is an American classic known for its simplicity.
Hefeweizen
Hefeweizen is a type of weiss beer—German for “white beer.” Hefeweizen itself translates to “yeast wheat” in German. Our Hefeweizen is made up of 50% wheat, and is characterized by a mild presence of banana and a hint of clove in the aroma and flavor.
Prickly Pear
A highly approachable beer, this American wheat ale showcases light hops and minimal wheat flavor for a clean and crisp drinking experience. Prickly Pear is then added to impart a very subtle sweetness to this already refreshing beer.
Crazy Ale
Our Crazy Ale is style of beer that’s hop-forward with a light malty and citrusy flavor with a light crystalline color. Brewed with pale malt and ale yeast, crazy ales bridge the gap between light lagers and blonde ales. Crazy Ale is full of flavor, but not too heavy and very well balanced.
Irish Red Ale
All of our Red Ales ingredients originate from Europe and refers to styles of beer that are dark red or are reddish in appearance. Featuring an approachable hop bitterness which rests on the palate, this red- amber colored beer is brewed as an ale, and offers a medium, candy-like caramel malt sweetness.
Amber Ale
Our Amber beer showcases a medium-high to high malt character with medium to low caramel character derived from the use of roasted malts. This American amber is characterized by American-variety hops, which lend the amber ale notes of citrus, fruit and pine to balance the sweetness of the malt.
Sour Ale
As its name suggests, our sour beer has a distinct sour, acidic or tart taste. Essentially, “sour beer” refers to any beer that tastes especially acidic and lively. By including flavors like caramel, chocolate, and coffee, our sour ale creates the perfect balance of sweet and sour flavors.
Honey Ale
California- American Pale Wheat Ale- 4.9% ABV. This beer is exceptionally smooth with a lingering taste of sweet South Texas Honey. Brewed with fresh wild Honey and cloves for a floral character, this beer is well balanced and clocks in at only 19 IBUs.
Kölsch
Kölsch is a top-fermented local beer style from Köln (Cologne), Germany. Kölsch beers are characterized by a lightly fruity yeast note in aroma and taste, as well as a pleasant hoppy bitterness. The history of kölsch beer goes back to the year 874 AD.
