Penrose Taphouse & Eatery is a locally owned and operated restaurant and bar located in Old Town Fort Collins at The Exchange. From date nights to business meetings to family dinners, we’re here to share good vibes, great food and handcrafted cocktails, wine and beer while providing an excellent dining experience that’s fun, warm, authentic and inclusive.

Open daily with kid’s night every Wednesday, live music and a regular weekday happy hour, we encourage guests to try some classic dishes from our New American menu and sip a cold local beer by the fire pit on one of our patios! Come have a seat at our table friends!
