Phlight restaurant was established in 2005. Owners Jay & Nikomi Arroyo own, manage and prepare a variety of fusion tapas dishes alongside an international selection of beer and wine. As of 2020, they brought some of Whittier’s Finest Sandwiches, locally know as The Deli Up, into Phlight and now serve sandwiches in the afternoons from 11-2.
