Our chef designs the menu following family recipes and creations of his own. He prepares everything in an artisanal craft fashion. Food is made when you order it.
Rosas Plane Food Inc signature entrees are Ceviche, Pork Carnitas, Chiles Rellenos and Huge Steaks, among others.
Established in 1988 in the original location next to Calexico International Airport, dining at Rosas is an Imperial Valley tradition for families.
We are now located on Imperial Ave and 5th Street. DINE IN is OPEN, and DRIVE-THRU.
