A family-owned restaurant located by The Lakes near Summerlin, Las Vegas, Nevada, Salud Mexican Bistro is a purveyor of modern dining with a Mexican twist. Formally Rosemary’s and right behind Marie Calendars, former owner of Mark Rich’s New York Pizza and Pasta, Mark Rich and his daughter are continuing their restaurant adventure by putting Salud! on the map with their delicious food and decor with a very hip vibe. They have included new menu items, live music, and an overall great restaurant experience that will keep you coming back to try new dishes and drinks. Salud has a full bar, including unique tequilas, mezcals and a craft tequila bar including specialty cocktails, the best Margaritas and housemade Sangrias.
