Smoothie/Juice Bar located in the North Country Food Co-Op in Plattsburgh! Completely gluten-free cafe, vegan-friendly menu (collagen, lox, honey and regular cheese are options) offering whole food/superfood smoothies, smoothie bowls, organic juices, avocado toast, toasted cheese, bagels with cashew cream cheese, bagel sammies, lox bagels, veggie burgers, seasonal drinks, powerballs, chia pudding, kombucha floats, and raw/vegan desserts!
The Smoothie Shack Out Back opened June 26, 2021, and is the nutritional hub of Plattsburgh, located right inside the local health food store downtown! We use local ingredients when possible and the produce is all organic!
