A bavarian style pale lager. Crisp and clean, showcasing pilsner malt. Lightly hopped with german noble hops. *To create a shanty bradler abv: 5.2%
Farmhouse
Very complex, yet light and refreshing. Fairly dry on the palate with fruity, spicy flavors from a belgian yeast strain. *For a different experience abv: 5.5%
Purple Line
Multi-award winning bavarian wheat brewed with hibiscus, blueberry and blackberry. Tart, fruity, super refreshing abv: 5% growler and howlers not available		 $6.00
Porter
Dark, rich and roasty. A complex robust maltiness is supported by a hearty, but balanced noble hop bitterness, dark brown with ruby hues and a full bodied mouthfeel. Abv: 5.5%
Brett Pulver

A german style pale bock. Bready malt characters are balanced by michigan grown zuper saazer hops for a crisp, yet malty amber lager. Abv: 6%
Wolcott Ipa
Ipa brewed with amarillo, azacca, comet and mi grown cascade hops. Bright, fruity hop flavors are backed by a mellow bitterness and light malt profile. Abv: 6%
E3 Ipa
An american ipa brewed with ekuanot, el dorado and eureka hops. A crisp malt body is followed by melon, mango and pine notes. Abv: 5.7%
El Dorado Imperial Ipa
Imperial ipa featuring el dorado, amarillo and sabro hops. Bright notes of tangerine, grapefruit and pear are balanced by a lasting hop bitterness. Abv: 9.1%
Oversized Package
A smooth, easy drinking imperial stout. Roasty notes of dark chocolate, coffee, malt and a medium body hide a deceptively strong alcohol content. Abv: 10%
2019 Belgian Strong
2019 edition of our annual belgian strong. This year’s release was brewed with a touch of molasses, lending a note of smoky burnt sugar to the rich malt profile. Complimented by sweet flavors of candied fruit and a hint of spice. Abv: 9.8%
Fabricated Stories
American strong ale aged in blaum brothers rye whiskey barrels. Round malt complexity melds with notes of dark fruit, oak and a splash of rye spice. Abv: 9.8%
Rum Barrel Belgian Strong
A belgian-style dark strong ale brewed with a touch of molasses. Aged in rare caroni rum barrels resulting in a round, malty profile with notes of oak, spice, rich cane sugar, dark dried fruits and all the complexity of a very well aged rum. Abv: 10.5% growler and howlers not available		 $10.00
