Starfish and Coffee is an art cafe, featuring locally made jewelry, imports from around the world, plus crystals, incense, and smudging supplies. We serve pour-over and cold-brew coffee from Heartwood Roastery (Burton) organic tea from Old Familiar Ways (Fairport), as well as baked goods from five local bakers (including both vegan and gluten-free). We also make Italian sodas, smoothies, hot chocolate, Starfish regularly hosts live music, classes/workshops, open mic nights, drum circles, plus tea leaf and tarot card readings. We offer free wi-fi, but we also provide shelves of books and boardgames.

Coffee
Hot pour-over coffee, 12 ounce
Our beans are roasted once a week by Heartwood Roastery (Burton, OH), and ground to order by us. (Food and Wine Magazine just rated Heartwood’s beans as the second-best in the state of Ohio. Not bad!) We offer five roasts, ranging from dark to decaf. Add-ons include organic Monin syrups (Butter Pecan, Caramel, Chocolate, Hazelnut, Irish Cream, Vanilla), Ghirardelli hot chocolate mix, sweeteners (organic stevia, organic white cane sugar, Sugar-in-the-Raw, local honey), organic powdered cinnamon/cinnamon sticks/nutmeg/cocoa, plus dairy and vegan creamers. All of this at no extra charge. Our coffee is made with spring water from Sunrise Springs (Newbury, OH). Served in to-go compostable cup, sleeve, and lid.		 $3.00
Cold Brew Coffee, 16 ounce
12-hour cold-brew coffee featuring our medium-roast house blend from Heartwood Roastery (Burton, OH) and spring water from Sunrise Springs (Newbury, OH). Order yours black, or with a shot of organic Monin syrups, half-and-half, almond milk, or coconut milk. Looking for an iced mocha? We can do that with our Ghirardelli hot chocolate mix (contains dairy). Served in to-go compostable cup, lid, and straw. Want to opt out of the lid and straw? Just let us know.		 $3.00
Tea
Hot tea (all organic), 12 ounce
Starfish and Coffee proudly serves organic/fair trade/kosher tea in unbleached bags from Old Familiar Ways (Fairport, OH). We typically carry 10 varieties — half of them with caffeine, half without. Regular teas include: Blossoms of Health, Soul Calming, Mint, Red Rooibos, Earl Grey, Oolong, Classic Chai, and Mint Chocolate Mate. Look for seasonal blends, such as Cold and Flu, or various green tea blends. Sweeten with stevia, organic white cane sugar, sugar-in-the-raw, agave, or local, un-pasteurized honey. Add half-and-half, almond milk, or coconut milk for a creamy touch. We use spring water from Sunrise Springs (Newbury, OH).		 $3.00
Cold-brew tea, 16 ounce
We serve two varieties of iced tea, both cold-brewed for 12 hours: Lemon Ginger (refreshing probiotic), Black (orange pekoe). Sweeten with stevia, organic white cane sugar, sugar-in-the-raw, agave, or local, un-pasteurized honey. Served in to-go compostable cup, lid, and straw. Want to opt out of the lid and straw? Just let us know. Spring water supplied by Sunrise Springs (Newbury, OH).		 $3.00
Additional Hot Beverages
Hot Chocolate, 12 ounce
Super yummy Ghirardelli hot chocolate. Consider adding half-and-half plus a shot of organic Monin cherry syrup to create a Black Forest-style drink. And don’t despair, we’re really good at making hot chocolate for kids (in other words, drinkable right away). Our spring water is provided by Sunrise Springs, in nearby Newbury, OH. Cups, lids, and sleeves are compostable.		 $3.00
Apple Cider, 12 ounce
This is a delicious beverage with a little cult following at our shop. Consider adding a half-shot of caramel syrup to create what tastes like a caramel-covered apple. It’s also great with a shake of organic cinnamon powder, or a whole organic cinnamon stick! Made with spring water from Sunrise Springs (Newbury, OH). Cups, lids, and sleeves are compostable.		 $3.00
