Stoney’s Cantina on South Broadway in Denver is our newest expansion with a venture that highlights some of our favorite cocktails and cuisines from our travels around the world!
Imbued with the good time vibes from our trips south of the border, Stoney’s Cantina will join the diverse, artistic neighborhood in Baker in May of 2021. The entire Stoney’s family is excited to pour the finest tequila and mezcal drinks for our new neighbors while sharing some of the flavors that were searching for a space in the spotlight.

Stuff for Dipping
Salsa Trio (V)
Rojo- Mild tomato-based salsa. Verde- Medium green chile salsa. Charred- Hot roasted vegetable and habanero salsa
Guacamole Trio (V)
Traditional- Smashed avocado, tomato, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro. Grilled- Traditional guacamole with grilled avocado and vegetables for a deeper flavor. Avocado Hummus- Avocado, tahini, olive oil, lemon and garlic.
BYOQueso (V)
Our white queso served with salsa verde, tomatoes and cilantro. Add any accoutrement. Protein- ground beef, beef birria, carnitas, chorizo, shredded chicken, al pastor, huitlacoche mushroom blend, shrimpSauces- Mezcal strawBQ, chimichurri, mole Amarillo, salsa macha, mexi-racha, Yucatan habanero

Confit and fried whole wings served with choice of flavor. Cantina rub, mezcal strawbq, chimichurri, mole Amarillo, salsa macha, mexi-racha and agave, Yucatan habanero.

Classic deviled eggs topped with charred street corn.
Fried Green Tomatillos (V)
Cornmeal and buttermilk battered tomatillos served with strawBQ and jalapeño ranch.

Tostada chips topped with refried black beans, queso quesadilla, jalapeño, avocado salsa, tomato salsa, crema.

Battered chicken tenders. Served with jalapeño ranch.

Ramen noodles with birria consomé, chunks of beef birria and griddled queso tacos for dipping.

Potato Chorizo Torta
Hoagie roll dipped in rojo salsa and grilled, filled with chorizo, potato, queso fresco and pickled cabbage.
Tijuana Hoagie
Hoagie roll with choice of beef birria or carnitas, pickled red onion, cabbage, carrots, refried black beans and queso. Smothered in smoked tomato gravy.
Sonoran Dog
Grilled hot dog with spicy mustard, bacon aioli, tomato salsa, pickled cactus chow chow, grilled jalapeñ0 and fried pinto beans.

Grilled chorizo dog with spicy mustard, chimichurri, diced tomatoes and pickled red onions.
