An American Bistro punctuated with a hint of Northern Italian flair. Our seafood is fresh, our steaks are hand cut, and all our sauces, dressings and desserts are made from scratch.
The atmosphere here is unique! We’re located on the terrace level, beneath School Street Playhouse. (Hence the name “Backstage”).
The old schoolhouse was built in 1923 and is on the National Registry of Historic Places. Tam’s Backstage (opened in 2005) is a rare find and a “must try!” Serving lunch, dinner, private parties and more. We’ve become known as one of the largest caterers in north Georgia!
