The Barn on the Pemi is the newest addition to The Common Man family in New Hampshire. The original barn spent 177 years or so housing livestock and storing potatoes on the Peverly Farm in the historic village of
Canterbury, NH.
Keeping true to our Yankee ways, we salvaged this treasure, lovingly took it apart – board by board, beam by beam – and moved it to a beautiful spot with a view of the Pemigewasset River, adjacent to our Italian Farmhouse in Plymouth, NH.
This three-story, 10,000 square foot event facility hosts up to 300 guests for weddings, gatherings and celebrations of all kinds.
