Now Featuring Stuffed Gothamba Rotti Night – Every other Sunday Gothamba Rotti – is a very special Sri Lankan very think hand made flat rotti bread – stuffed with either meat or chicken or veggies – special add ons like Shrimp on special order, The Meat Rotti is stuffed with a layer of Seni Sambol (Slow cooked onion mixture with cinnamon and cardamom and spices) the stuffed with meat or Chicken and folded over and covered with coconut curry lentils (Dhal) Veggie Rotti is stuffed with a mixture of veggies – Broccoli cabbage carrots mushrooms and pickled eggplant – then covered with curried lentils (Dhal)
