The Laurels of Worthington is a 95-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center offering a friendly, comfortable living environment and some of the most comprehensive health care programs in greater Columbus.

We pride ourselves on the continuity of care available to our guests of our facility through individualized programs designed to meet their specific needs. We excel at short-term respite and hospice care, as well as short-term rehabilitation. And if you are rehabilitating with us, you can rest assured your therapist is working with your physician to design a plan that will get you back in the game as quickly as possible.

Nursing Home
Short-Term Nursing and Rehabilitation
We provide a complete range of services for patients that are unable to return home after a hospitalization. Our programs provide a safe transition from hospital to home with a depth of services that typically can not be provided through home health care or by family members.
Long-Term Care
Extended and long-term care stays are appropriate for individuals that require greater levels of care than can be provided at home or within an independent living setting. Our guests receive around-the-clock nursing care, nutritious meals, and a variety of recreation and leisure opportunities.
Outpatient Therapy
Our outpatient therapy can help you reach new heights in your recovery, improve function and gain confidence while maintaining your normal routine at home.
Memory Care
We’ve developed an Alzheimer’s/Dementia Special Care Unit for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia-related disorders. This specialized unit enables guests to reach and maintain their highest possible level of independence through daily living activities.
Respite Care
Short-term respite stays offer a family or caregiver a reprieve from the demands of around-the-clock care. Our 24-hour nursing care assures that all medications are taken on time and any necessary medical treatments are provided.
Palliative Care and Hospice
Palliative care provides symptom management along with guest and family support when cure-oriented treatment is no longer possible or desired. Within a palliative plan of care, emphasis is placed on guest comfort and emotional well-being.
Telemedicine
Telemedicine brings medical services to patients at a moment’s notice. Using HIPAA-compliant video conferencing tools, we offer an integrated telemedicine model for guests in which which the staff in our facility works remotely with medical professionals to provide care instantly & efficiently.
