The Lobster Club is a Japanese Brasserie by Major Food Group, the same team behind Carbone and THE GRILL. Designed by Peter Marino, this concept celebrates a unique interpretation of Japanese cooking with an emphasis on sushi and teppanyaki while using classic techniques like tempura, gyoza, yakitori, and robata . Sushi fish is sourced through longstanding relations with Tokyo’s Tsukiji market ensuring the highest level of quality.
