Thirsty Hop is a craft beer and cocktail bar specializing in local, Pacific Northwest brews. We have 21 taps and fill growlers with our state-of-the-art growler filling station that can keep beer fresh for up to 30 days. Our collection of spirits consists of some classic cocktails as well as our own concoctions, including house-infused liquors. Our food menu of paninis and gourmet sausages is supplied by Bavarian Meats, Salumi Meats, and Grand Central Bakery.
