We offer home style cooking from Central Thailand and customizable dishes to meet your dietary needs such gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, meat and seafood dishes.
The recipes and cooking style are a hand down from generations of rice farmer. The village is in rural area with no running water and with dirt and muddy road during monsoon. People depend on well water and rain. Electricity comes and goes up to the weather. Every house has its own vegetable garden, chickens for eggs, ducks for eggs, coconut, lime, mango trees, papaya, bananas, young corn, sweet corn, pumpkin, sugar cane, and more. The area is a great camping site with lots on stars, insects and snakes. We have mountain full of bamboo and mushrooms, dam full of fresh water fishes.
