In the wake of a shutdown Funeral Home, Undergrounds Coffee House & Roastery was born. In 2016 Three partners came together to honor the death of what the building was and celebrate the life of their new cafe. Undergrounds’ features a full menu of breakfast and lunch sandwiches as well as salads that are named for deceased people connected to Buffalo or the Coffee Industry. The drink menu is full of traditional coffee house favorites as well as a few Undergrounds specialties. We offer a variety of fresh in-house roasted beans that are pretty perfect as is, but If you feel so inclined you can cream your coffee at the Cream-A-Tion station. A wall of the cafe is covered with shelves of custom made mugs that belong to Roastery Club Members. We
