Waffallonia is Pittsburgh’s premiere dessert destination located in the heart of Squirrel Hill. Since 2011, we’ve been serving Liège sugar waffles like those found on the streets of Belgium. These aren’t your typical Belgian waffles made from a pancake batter and covered in maple syrup. Our homemade dough is filled with pearl sugar from Belgium that caramelizes when cooked to make a perfectly sweet and doughy treat that is incredible on its own and even better with our high quality toppings. Add some fresh fruit, Nutella or speculoos cookie butter, or Dave & Andy’s ice cream to customize your own creation. Lunch time, brunch, after dinner… there’s no wrong time to enjoy a Waffallonia waffle (or milkshake)!
