Crab and Shrimp Avocado Salad Jumbo lump crab and wine-poached prawns tossed with citrus aioli and stacked in a tower with diced tomato, crushed avocado, boiled egg, and scallions. Served with a petite arugula salad on the side.
Charred Tomato Bruschetta Vine-ripened tomatoes and grilled corn oven roasted with olive oil and garlic. Served on grilled toast with fresh basil and lump crab.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms Four to five mushrooms filled with crabmeat stuffing, topped with a mushroom sherry sauce.
