Zona Grill is a family restaurant founded in April 1996, in Caracas, Venezuela, by the entrepreneur Blanca Morales. Over the years, she has served quality food, aspiring to preserve her traditional childhood recipes and combine Venezuelan and Colombian seasonings. Blanca has produced dishes that have delighted the palates of the clientele in her native country.
After her migration to Miami in 2010, Blanca restarted the family business under a food truck. Then, partnered with chef Richard Gonzalez, they developed simple yet delicious recipes, to please night, street-food lovers, but respecting good quality.
Zona Grill Food Truck is located in a private spot in Wynwood, FL to this day, as it continues to serve clients for its 7th year!
